He currently leads academic and clinical ultrasound training at Hameed Gul Memorial Institute, mentoring MBBS students, healthcare professionals, and postgraduates. Dr. Hameed has played a pivotal role in shaping ultrasound education globally. She has completed numerous advanced training programs and participated in national and international seminars focused on fetal medicine, allowing her to remain at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field. Her expertise is backed by a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
Dr. Saeeda is also recognized for her proficiency in transvaginal ultrasonography, an essential tool in early pregnancy assessment and gynecologic imaging. Dr. Muhammad Saeed holds a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) from Pakistan and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Ultrasound from the University of Lahore (UOL), Pakistan.

He began his professional journey at HGMUIC in 1999 and has remained a dedicated and integral member of the institution ever since. Over the years, he has cultivated an impressive career, evolving into an exceptional ultrasound specialist known for his clinical precision, compassionate care, and academic leadership.

Dr. Saeed is a certified Full Member of the British Council for Complementary Therapies (2020), specifically recognized for his expertise in the use of ultrasound. Additionally, he earned a CME certificate in 2019 from the School of Medicine at Wright State University, USA, for specialized training in 11 to 13 weeks obstetric scanning—a critical window in prenatal assessment.

In his role as Registrar Academics at HGMUIC, Dr. Saeed oversees academic affairs with a focus on maintaining high educational standards, curriculum development, and student academic support. She has undergone extensive specialized training through the Fetal Medicine Foundation (UK), having successfully completed a range of advanced certification courses, including “The 11–13 Weeks Scan,” “Fetal Anomalies,” “Cervical Assessment,” “Preeclampsia Screening,” and “Doppler Ultrasound.”

Her deep expertise in these areas allows her to perform detailed assessments of fetal development and maternal risk factors with precision and care. Dr. Kulsoom is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based prenatal care, with a strong emphasis on early detection, accurate diagnosis, and patient-centered management.

Dr. Asher Abid

Dr. Asher Abid is a dedicated medical professional with an MBBS degree from Peshawar and registration as a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) with the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC). He holds a Diploma in Ultrasound, reflecting his specialized training in diagnostic imaging.

He is currently serving as an Ultrasound Specialist and Practical Ultrasound Supervisor at Hameed Gul Memorial Ultrasound Institute & Clinics. With a strong foundation in diagnostic ultrasound, Dr. Abid has successfully performed hundreds of scans across a wide range of clinical presentations. His practical expertise ensures accurate, timely diagnoses and high-quality patient care.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Abid is passionately involved in medical education and training, having provided hands-on ultrasound training to dozens of healthcare professionals, including doctors, medical students, and allied health staff. His approachable teaching style and real-world experience make him a valued mentor in the field.

Future Plans:
Driven by a commitment to professional growth and excellence in medical imaging, Dr. Abid is actively pursuing further specialization in radiology. He plans to complete the Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (FCPS) in Radiology, aiming to expand his diagnostic capabilities and contribute even more effectively to the field of radiology and patient care in Pakistan.
